Booking a pickup requests a service appointment. Appointments are confirmed by the shop and may be rescheduled if a slot is no longer available.
No repair work is performed without your authorization. You will receive an estimate and can approve or decline each line before work begins.
Vehicles must be legally registered and insured, and an authorized driver must release the vehicle at pickup. Personal items left in the vehicle are your responsibility.
Payment is due before drop-off unless other arrangements are made in writing.
